Hi, my name is Regine Yow, an Associate Group Director.
I hold a Bachelor's Degree in Accountancy, minor in Business Finance, and a Diploma in Business Management. Prior to joining the real estate industry, I was a former accounts assistant with a recruitment firm and an auditor with one of the mid-tier audit firms.
My work experience has helped me gain knowledge in financial formulation, accounting policies, company internal controls, review of financial statements and annual report. This has provided and trained me with the skill sets to be able to perform and excel under strict deadlines and pressure. Additionally, because I have dealt with details, I am extremely meticulous with my work.
My introduction to the real estate industry began during my childhood days where I witnessed the actions taken by my father on deciding where to shift to, before finally settling down. I have shifted homes a total of 4 times throughout a short span of 15 years!
My interest towards the industry was then sparked when I started questioning my father's actions, and understood the factors involved in choosing a good home. It was only when I left my auditing job, that I decided to venture into the real estate industry. I took up the Real Estate Salesperson Course and passed on my first attempt!
What sets my services apart is my approach to each individual. Properties are one of the biggest purchases one can make in their lifetime and to facilitate that precious purchase, I practice utmost integrity and acts only in the best interest of my clients. I listen to each and every concern and needs of my clients to customise a personalised approach that will only be of fit for yourself!
